This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.tobecomeawitch.com.


1. Where we ship

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands.

All orders are dispatched from our Dutch fulfillment location.


2. Order processing time

All physical orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

This processing time includes:

  • Order verification

  • Quality checks

  • Packing and preparation for shipment

Personalized products may require additional time before shipping, depending on the item.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


3. Shipping method

We ship all physical orders using PostNL.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).


4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight

  • Shipping method

The exact amount is shown before you complete your purchase.


5. Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your location and PostNL’s local partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Outside Europe: 7–21 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.


6. Customs, duties & taxes

For orders outside the EU, your package may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • VAT

  • Customs handling fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient.

We are not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs.


7. Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


8. Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at:

Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will work with PostNL to resolve the issue.


9. Digital products

Digital and personalized digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped physically.

Delivery instructions are provided at checkout or by email.
