Returns & Refunds Policy – To Become A Witch

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.tobecomeawitch.com.

We comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Dutch consumer law.

1. Right of withdrawal (physical products)

If you purchase a physical product, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason.

After you notify us of your cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

To use this right, email us at tobecomeawitch.shop@gmail.com and clearly state that you wish to cancel your order.

2. Conditions for returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in their original condition

  • Be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as you are responsible until we receive the return.

3. Refunds for returned physical products

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

If approved:

  • You will receive a full refund of the product price

  • Original standard shipping costs will also be refunded

  • Return shipping costs are not refunded

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item, using the same payment method you used to place the order.

4. Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos if possible.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

5. Digital & personalized products

By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Digital products that are delivered immediately

  • Personalized or custom-made products created specifically for you

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Tarot readings

  • Personalized files

  • Custom written content

  • Any digital product created using the information you provided

Once production or delivery of a personalized or digital product has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless it is defective or not delivered.

By purchasing these products, you agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery or production begins.

6. Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Digital downloads

  • Personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse

7. How to request a return

To start a return, email:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • The item(s) you want to return

We will provide you with return instructions.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
